I'm just not sure about the wisdom of food that I have to treat like toxic waste. There are always little chicken bits that go flying when I chop up the chicken, and "wash down half the kitchen with a bleach solution" should probably be the final step in that recipe. And packaged chicken broth just won't do. Not the stuff I've tried, anyway; Gateway Gourmet's Glacé de Poulet might be okay. I might be better off depending on vegetable stock instead.
