I love s'mores!
But i'm from australia so we don't sell graham crackers,
would normal crackers work the same or not?
up until nw i had just used regular crackers and they tasted great!
but i'm sure graham crackers would taste a lot better!

Ollie, you'll find a recipe for graham crackers if you follow the link that I posted in the body of this entry. You just need to scroll down in the linked page a bit to find it. It's an amended version of this recipe.

i used to always make my own crackers (not graham) because i found they tasted less like salt and more like... flour? like cracker. the ones i made were also thicker, less breakable, and wre better for dip (cheese! peanutbutter!)

i stopped when i bought my first box of TLC, tasty little cracker. they are better than i can make. seriously.

sometimes i have to admit defeat.

i'm up right now because i've just finished making my own apple pie (homemade crust!) and a pumpkin one too, but i lent out my other pie dish, so my pumpkin pie is a square.

i love baking. cooking, however, i get more frustrated with since everything has to be ready and done at the same time.

I occasionally take a moment in the supermarket to stand and gape at the jars of gravy.

I was 12 when I learned they had boxed mixes for brownies. I was 15 when I found out about jarred gravy, and I'm still traumatized by that one. Some things just shouldn't *be*.
