		<description>Your knee injury sounds disturbingly like when my ex tore his ACL.  I would not comment here in this alarmist fashion except that getting immediate medical attention was critical to him regaining most of his mobility and strength in his knee.  

The doc who treated him said that most people do not realize the severity of their injury and put off going to the doctor and do quite a bit of damage to their knee before they can be treated.  I would encourage you to get your knee checked out as soon as possible, and in the mean time, please rest and take care of your self.</description>
