		<description>You might want to look into getting your bike professionally fitted to you.  There&#039;s a guy in town that does it, his name is Erik Moen (erik@bikept.com).  He&#039;s a physical therapist as well.  My friend Andamo gave me the reference.  

I haven&#039;t been to see him yet, as bicycling isn&#039;t particularly great for my injured knee either - the internal rotation that it takes to pedal is still too hard on the joint.  

Anyhow, Andamo says that it really help him with his riding, so it might be worth checking into.</description>
